Shipping Overview

At Sippha, a brand operated by Prahar Enterprises, we take great care to ensure that every order is shipped securely and delivered with maximum reliability. All online orders are dispatched through reputed third-party courier partners, including Franch Express, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, and Ekart. If your delivery location is not serviceable by any of our courier partners, please contact us with your order number. Our customer support team will promptly assist you with suitable alternatives.

Delivery Timelines

We endeavour to deliver your orders at the earliest while maintaining the quality and integrity of the shipment: South India: 4 to 12 working days, North India: 4 to 15 working days, International: Up to 30 working days. For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or any other incidental charges are not included in the product price and must be borne by the customer as levied by the respective authorities. If customs duties are applicable and delivery is refused due to the charges, authorities may destroy the package. In such cases, no refund can be issued.

Dispatch & Courier Responsibility

Once an order is dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, the shipment is governed by the courier’s transit timelines and operational conditions.

While delays are rare, unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, regulatory checks, weather conditions, force majeure events, or logistical constraints may occasionally impact delivery schedules. If delivery exceeds: 12 working days for South India, or , 15 working days for North India. from the date of dispatch, we will—at the customer’s discretion—either re-dispatch the order or process a 100% refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection norms.

Incorrect Address & Returned Shipments

To ensure seamless delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address: Courier and transit charges must be borne by the customer, Address modification requests made after dispatch cannot be accommodated while the shipment is in transit. Additional courier charges will apply for re-shipping the order to the correct address. If a returned shipment is cancelled due to an incorrect address, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable courier and transit charges, in compliance with e-commerce refund regulations.
