Order Dispatch
Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched within 4 working days. We strive to deliver your order at the earliest using our trusted courier partners. Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of order placement: South India: Within 12 days, North India: Within 15 days, If your order is not delivered within the above-mentioned timelines, please contact us. Upon verification, 100% of the order amount will be refunded. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.
Customs Duties
If an order incurs customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges and you refuse to accept delivery due to these charges, the package may be destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, we will not be able to issue a refund, as the product is not returned to us.
Damaged or Missing Products
We take utmost care while packing all orders. However, in the rare event of transit damage or missing products, customers must provide a valid unboxing video as proof. The video must: Start before opening the outer seal/tape, Be continuous, without pauses or edits. Clearly show: The sealed package, The seal condition , The product(s) inside, The condition of the product(s), A geotagged or time-stamped video is preferred., Refunds or replacements will not be processed without a valid unboxing video.
Returns Policy
Due to the hygienic, handmade, and natural nature of our products, all items are strictly non-returnable once delivered. We do not accept returns for: Change of mind, Personal preference, Allergic reactions, Minor natural variations in texture, colour, or fragrance
Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided only if: The product is damaged during transit, The issue is reported within the specified claim period, A valid continuous unboxing video is provided. If approved, a replacement of the same item will be shipped at no additional cost. We reserve the right to verify all claims before approving replacements.
