Orders and Cancellations

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, all items are non-returnable once delivered.
Refunds or replacements are available only for: Damaged products during transit, Missing products. To process a claim: A continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package without pauses is mandatory. Damage claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery. All other order concerns must be reported within 45 days of delivery. Claims raised after 45 days will not be considered.
